'The Playground' to reinvent Caesars pier shops in Atlantic City, developer announces
Bart Blatstein, CEO of Tower Investments, and project partner Paul Steelman, unveil their redevelopment plans for The Pier Shops at Caesars in Atlantic City, a 500,000 square-foot retail complex, Wednesday, April 1, 2015. The complex will be renamed "The Playground."
