Bart Blatstein opens T Street at The Playground
Blatstein, CEO of Tower Investments of Philadelphia, sunk $2.7 million into buying the rights to lease the former Pier Shops at Caesar's, and $50 million more turning empty stores into a music center that rivals those in other major American cities, such as Bourbon Street in New Orleans and Music Row in Nashville. He opened T Street Thursday, June 25, a week before his July 4 deadline, and Blatstein knows how to throw a party.
