Coming To NYC: The Avenir
Steelman Partners is excited to partner with CetraRuddy Architecture to design The Avenir, a new entrant in the NYC casino competition led by Silverstein Properties.
The Avenir will be a state-of-the-art casino, twin 46-story towers, an eight-story gaming and entertainment center by Greenwood Gaming, and over 100 permanently affordable residences.
We are committed to community development and sustainability, and we are proud to contribute to the city's landscape with a structure that marries entertainment, residential, and community needs.
